Autonomous rebar tying, built for real jobsites

GRID is an autonomous machine that ties rebar directly on the mat, keeping pace with crews on large commercial jobsites. It automates one of construction's most repetitive, injury-prone tasks, delivering consistent, inspection-ready ties that keep projects on schedule and costs down.

How we estimate

Estimates are based on the slab size, rebar spacing, crew mix and labor costs you enter, using typical field tying rates for hand tying, rebar guns and GRID, with one person running GRID at the same labor cost per hour. Labor savings do not include equipment cost, financing, maintenance or transport. If you choose to lease, GRID's cost includes the lease charge for the time it runs. Actual results vary with site conditions. This estimate is not a quote or a guarantee.

Rapid Integration. Precision Execution.

Setup

The GRID unloads easily from any pickup truck bed, SUV or trailer. Once you power it up, it maps the rebar mat so it's ready to start tying.
2
Illustration of an operator and crew member with a tablet as GRID starts on a rebar mat.

Operation

The GRID moves around the rebar mat on its own and ties each intersection while an operator supervises.
3

Detect & Tie

GRID uses computer vision to navigate the mat, detect intersections, and make the ties, all while avoiding obstacles.
4

Log

When tying is complete, GRID logs the job and the mat is ready for poured concrete.

Autonomy built to transform the jobsite

GRID is Arn's first machine, built to bring autonomy to the jobsite today. It's the start of a growing lineup, and more machines engineered to handle other tedious, manual jobs are already on the roadmap
